Germ Wracking

The game is interesting in its own way. It has got four different types of puzzles; each with its own variations of gameplay.

Research mode gives u a filled up screen and need to kinda empty it out by clicking on group of 3 or more germs. Not a match-3 but click on group-3.

Petri Dish is where u need to keep moving the germs and make match-3, not swap them but move them on a nearly empty dish. The second screenshot shud make the explanation a bit clear.

I forget what Gene-Splice was.

Stranded -DNA involves making match-3 but in a way u have never seen before. U shud swap the germs with the hurricane-like thing to make match-3. A bit tough, this one, but pretty interesting enuf.

Graphics 5/5
Playable graphics. The germs looked really good. Felt like keepin some of them for myself actually, lol. Animation effects r good too.

Sound 4/5
The sounds go well with the game and keep in sync with the game environment. Good work here.

Gameplay 5/5
Innovative, yes. And interesting enuf to be played. N yeah, as the other review says, it does allow u to win once in a while ;)

Overall 4/5
The game is a good one...did not interest me to buy it...but the trial version did expire on the day that I downloaded it, lol.

Dr. Germ's Cure For Boredom!!!!

I downloaded the demo, played for about twelve minutes, and decided to purchase the game. This game is FUN! FUN! FUN! You get to face medical emergencies like cystitis rash, atrophy tremens, clicker poisoning, dysorexy fever, spina shakes, hematesis exhaustion, ablepsy poisoning, and more (and parents, these are actual medical terminologies. Imagine your kids playing a game and learning a thing or too). Dr. Germ has four different game modes are Research (classic collapsing puzzle game), Gene Splice and Petri Dish (color-matching games), and Stranded DNA (swap and match puzzler). I was playing Research and decided to purchase the game before I even tried the other modes. The sound effects enhance the animation of this cartoon-like game. I have my first weekend off from work since March coming up. You know what I plan to do? Play this game!!!! If you want FUN in a big way, or, perhaps you might want to introduce your kids to medical scientific terms in a fun way, then this is the game for you. You could play Dr Germ for hours. It's quite addictive, relaxing, and FUN to play. The sound effects are entertaining, and the background music adds to the enjoyment without getting annoying like some games.
