Gem Mine is a fun game- with some glitches and stiff competition

Using collapsing rows of gems Gem Mine will probably earn a good spot in the online community. There are a few glitches in the row building. Some gems hang in the background even when the collapsing gems replace them. They do eventually unload the old images. If you play too fast the game aborts the game table and goes back to the menu. You can resume your game at the same level where the temporary abort happened. There is even the occurrence of a missing row of gems when the gems fail to cascade completely. These are the kinds of things fixed in updates of newer programs that were released too early. If you have already purchased the game check periodically for updates. The gems look a little bit like gummy gel candies that you get at the theater. Over all a fun game design with a few technical design problems. It has become easy to handle software updates on line so, this game rating would instantly improve once patches are applied to the package.
