The only game I completely finished in 2004
I have to say, I really really enjoyed this game. The core mechanic is excellent and the power ups and level progression are just right. Some of the weapons are so satisfying that I had to play levels over and over just to see the effects again.
The guys at work played the survival mode for days, but I got into the normal levels way more.
I really can't say enough about this game. The concept is very simple but the execution is first rate.
If you are any kind of an arcade gamer, you must try this game. |

Swarm: One of my favorites and Reflexive's very first game.
Swarm is simply a great game.
I helped write Swarm and have always had a soft spot in my heart for it. It has great arcade action, a smooth flying ship and lots of cool weapons.
It was written by Reflexive's first employees and owners, in my condo, in Irvine. Two of us sitting at desks in the kitchen, two in the living room, network cable hanging from the ceiling, a 56k modem shared by us all.
Originally published in 1998 it won numerous awards including 5 Stars from ZDNet and -more importantly- dozens of great reviews from customers.
Swarm received a game play update in 2002, getting better graphics (24 bit color) and smoother game play. And has continued to be one of my favorite games.
I truly recommend this game to anyone.
But if you are an old school arcade gamers, you just might find it eating a lot of your time :). |

My 3 year old love this game, and so do I.
My three year old girl often asks me to play this game with her. There are some games that she asks to play that are really only for kids but this is not one of them.
The graphics are great and the game play is fun, even just to watch. I've had lots of fun with this game. Even though (as you might imagine) I haven't gotten very far in it (we start over a lot:). |

A great game and now for the Mac!
I'm so glad this is out for the Mac. We got a Mac Book about a year ago and I have missed playing all the latest games because they didn't work on it. So when Reflexive put up this Mac section I started looking around and downloaded Peggle. Strangely, I had gotten it for the PC but never got into it until I had it on my Mac. Now I find myself loading it up to play all the time.
A great game, if you haven't tried it, you should. |

A suprisingly good game
When I first saw this game I thought it was just another bubble popping game. But I downloaded it after watching a co-worker play for about 15 minutes and I have to say I love it!
The characters are great! They have very distinct personalities and remind me of other great internet stars such as StrongBad.
As for the game play, it brings the first real inovation I have seen to the classinc bubble popping game. There is no time, it's all about skill, and that made the game just great for me.
I very much recomend this game. I think it rocks. You should at the very least give it a try.
