Addictive game... for a while.
Overall this is a great game, better than its predecessor. Many upgrades will keep you entertained for hours.
On the downside, it gets rather repetitive after you've upgraded most of the items.
A note to "JQueGameLover"... You can sell more items than 4 (as I'm sure you've found out by now). All you have to do is upgrade the display several times. |

Best defense type game there is
This is possibly the best defense game out there. 1 hour of gameplay simply cannot do it justice. To explore the many different aspects of the game and modes of play, you have to purchase this game. While it is true that the game has only a total of 5 buildings to choose from, surprisingly, this does not degrade from its "wow" effect. The graphics are very well done, sound effects are great, the music was just right and gameplay was just plain fun.
As a simultaneous rush of dozens of missiles and laser beams demolish your enemies, you can't help but find yourself either laughing out loud or screaming things like, "Take that!" |

Very short & way too simple.
Although this game has decent graphics, it lacks many basic characteristics needed to achieve thumbs up. Most notably is the fact that the game is extremely simple. Throughout the game, I used one hint, and for the remainder of the game, no puzzle took more than a few seconds to solve. The other major disadvantage is that the game is incredibly short. In essence, this is mainly an adventure game (with a little find & seek thrown in), and throughout the game, you're working in about 6 rooms with puzzles, as apposed to hundreds of rooms in a typical adventure game. The entire game could be finished in 2-3 hours. The game also lacks a lot of common sense. However, on the upside, if you're six years old, I definitely think you'd love this game and find it just the challenge you're looking for. |

Lacks a whole LOT
At first this game seemed fun, but 5 minutes later I realized that the game lacks an immense amount of features to meet the standards of this genre. Namely, you plant something, and go about your business doing something else, and throughout the time you're waiting for the plant to mature, you have no idea what you planted. There's no indication whatsoever of the type of plant in that field, which you'll quickly realize is an important feature. The English in the game is horrible. Grammar mistakes. It's even buggy. I plant pumpkin on a bed, but they mature into carrots. An hour later I realized that I've been doing the same thing over and over in the last hour. You have no goal to meet, no nothing. You just keep planting, crossing new plants and selling, over and over and over. There are countless other problems, but I can't seem to remember anymore at the moment. |

Best game on Reflexive!
This is probably the best game I've played on Reflexive. The graphics are fantastic, gameplay is spectacular and sound is flawless. New technologies in the game are released gradually as gameplay progresses, eliminating PEB (Potential Early Boredom). The concept has been done before, but never perfected, as Ranch Rush has done.
If there's one thing I could change, it is this... Instead of having the right-click button cancel all queued actions, instead I would have it cancel the very last queued action, and perhaps have a double-right-click cancel all queued actions. Other than that, the game is pure hardcore fun. |
