matching for doggy
Not your classic match 3 game, leading the lost pup to the exit in each level is a curious mix of match 3 with maze solving. While the path is no mystery, the solution to each screen becomes more complex and cerebrial with each level. The demo ran out on this game which is a rareity for me. Generally, I will tire of a game before the 60 minutes are up and will uninstall. I was absorbed and engaged by this game. Regardless of your game preference, try this one. You may enjoy the tweak on two classics. |

re-play
The re-play factor for this game is lacking. Fun to on-line game with this type of time management, but purchase of this might not be worthwhile. |

10 minutes and out
I normally will give a game 15 minutes or so at least. This one got uninstalled just 10 minutes after I began playing. The game play is not engaging. Either the programmers decided to reveal the complicated portions of the game too far into gameplay, or the game has no complicated and engaging aspects.
It isn't truly a platform game, more like ancient Donkey Kong, but you don't get to throw barrels at anyone.

Nuts & Bolts of Avalon
It's got a little of everything, minigames that help you suceed but if you're terrible at them you can still move forward, goals to acheive, puzzles to solve, cartoon chicks in cute dresses with wings...
What more could you ask for?
I thought the tutorial was well presented and even though I didn't read half of it, I still got it.
If you liked the virtual villagers group of games and others like it you'll be enchanted by this game (see how that all came together?) |

Better than the fisrt?
I bought this game as eagerly as I purchased the first. I found the first game to become tiresome on the replay, however this version is far mor engaging. I've killed off rounds and rounds of villagers attempting to "win". And isn't that more than half the fun?
Definitely worth the purchase. |
