Great Game
This game is one of the best games from Reflexive I have played since The Great Tree.
This game is similar to Master Of Defense. The main idea of this game is to place garden defenses (gnomes, plants, flamingos, etc.) to prevent bugs and pests from getting to your flowers. You may think this is an easy task, well think again! Some bugs fly, some crawl, some bugs are faster than others. It's total chaos out there!
To add to the excitement of Story Mode, there is a Challenge Mode where you complete levels based on certain rules, such as "Complete this level using only Gnomes and nothing else" This creates a fun diversion if you need a break from Story Mode.
Overall this game is great!
I would definitely recommend this game to any Reflexive Gamer. |

Not what I expected.
This game was pretty catchy for a while but got slightly boring after playing most levels. The game uses a physics engine similar to that of Gish and you have to get your Yellow guy off a certain part of the screen. To do this, you have to use TNT, Gasoline Containers, and even Acid Bubbles that eat through the ground.
Some levels were very fun and catchy, others were just too easy, the level editor however, was an interesting concept, but I think that it could use more elements to use to beat the level. I would have to give this game a 5/10 mainly because of the lack of music in it. I still have yet to beat Medium 10. I shall keep trying, but until I do, I would like to see a Blast Miner 2 with music and perhaps more levels. |
