Fatal Hearts

Fatal Hearts is about a 15 year old girl (which is typical of Japanese anime stories) who you control the life of, by choosing different options and succeeding puzzles to lead her to one of 14 endings. The game is more story based but with an addition of puzzles, some of which are pretty hard and others that are way too easy.
The graphics I found very pleasant to look at, they are drawn by different artists but the images do blend in together really well. The emotions on the characters are also Japanese style anime that I found enjoyable.
Even though the characters don't speak the dialog, the animation tends to show how they feel about certain situations.
The music in the background is calm and relaxing, the sound effects are also nice to hear and bring in a good atmosphere to the game.
The gameplay is basically a click of the mouse however, if you get tired of clicking you can make the story continue by itself in the options. This I found handy to use.
All in all, I found Fatal Hearts a fresh experience here at Reflexive and hopefully more will follow. Games that have different endings interest me and so does Japanese anime ^-^. If you love story-based or puzzle games you may want to try out this.

Delicious Delux 2

Delicious Delux 2 is the sequel to Delicious Delux 1 and is still fairly similar to the first. The game is about a woman named Emily who's uncle has lost his restaurants to a business man named Freddie Fries, Emily is his only hope of getting all his restaurants and customers back, with a little help from her friends and family. The new features in this sequel are a trophy room, different restaurants including a picnic area, a diner, a sushi bar and so on. You also get to choose which upgrades you would like first in your restaurant that you purchase using a particular amount of upgrade points. You get more points to spend if you achieve expert but if you don't get expert the first time, you can go back and retry that level again.
The graphics still look as good as the first but not very much has changed to make it look better. However, it is still an enjoyment to look at.
The sound suited this particular game well and gets you in the mood to play.
The gameplay was similar to the first game but still really really fun, although I found this sequel easier than Delicious Delux 1 it still was a challenge on some later levels of each restaurant. I liked the fact that there is plenty more challenges to do in this than the first, such as other trophies to win and the untimed challenge which you achieve when you have expert in all the levels of that particular restaurant.
All in all it is a very fun sequel, with a challenge and some great graphics, sound and gameplay.

Agatha Christie: Death on the Nile

I have played many seek and find games on Reflexive i.e all the MCF games, Dream Day Wedding, Little Shop of Treasures and so on. However, with Agatha Christie: Death on the Nile there's so much more to do, i love the fact that there is animation in some of the rooms and you can also interact with them as well. This makes it stand out from the other seek and find games. You are not just trying to look for items, you are finding clues, questioning suspects, and looking back at all your evidence trying to figure out who has blood on their hands.
The graphics are really well done with lots of detail, rich colours and well hidden objects.
The Sound is enjoyable and suits the game really well.
If you are a big fan of Seek and Find games you should definetly try this game out!

Top job for MCF:Huntsville

MCF:Huntsville is one of the most addictive yet challenging games. This being the first in the series of MCF games and it is still a big hit, i enjoyed every minute of it as i always have with all the MCF games. The way that each location in the game is created by blending objects that we see all the time around us is very cool. The graphics are realistic and great to look at. The sound worked well with the type of game that it is and i liked listening to it. I would most definetly recommend this to anyone who likes a challenge however, it might be too challenging for younger children as it has a timelimit which decreases as you go through each objective.

Hangman Boredom

Hangman: The Wild West 2 is basically about you guessing the correct letters in a hidden word behind some bottles i.e Hangman. You have a story to play through using this technique, which i found slightly boring on both the story and the gameplay itself.
The graphics were not brilliant at all, too plain, dull and boring. It didn't make me enjoy the game i'm afraid.
The sound was a so/so it had the Wild West theme but i didn't really enjoy it much.
There was not enough gameplay to make the game enjoyable and to make me addicted, the level design was very simple with the same background, the same bar and the same people.
I wouldn't buy or play this game again, i wouldn't advise anyone to buy the game. It is a good idea with the use of the popular Hangman game but just poorly made.
