Marvelous!
This is super. I like the full set of controls in Options (including volume controls), the helps and explanations it puts up for first-time user, and the gorgeous graphics.
The gameplay is excellent - if you hit something it is hit, it never plays you false. The powerups are fun.
Pack 2 is a little easier than pack 1. I think there are more Extra Icon Ball powerups, and some of the levels essentially play themselves - a nice breather that cheers you up. |

I'm addicted, but "Normal" is too fast for me
Easy was too easy, but Normal is too much for my not-that-fast reflexes and it's slow going. I get stuck on one level for 10 or 20 tries sometimes. Still, the graphics are gorgeous, and an EMP ball is super fun to have. This is certainly one of the great games. |

Very enjoyable game
This game is fun to play. Some of the fish are quite endearing. The game speed is about right for me, challenging but not impossible. Definitely recommended. |

Not in same league as the Ricochet super games
Colors and graphics are mediocre (Ricochet has spoiled me).
Powerups 'evaporate' after a minute or so.
Volume control doesn't affect very loud speech which announces every screen.
Help is one page with brief explanation of powerups. No popup info for first time user.
Controls are good - volume or music and SFX, window/full screen, and (very nice!) mouse sensitivity control.
Gameplay - not much variety in the bricks.
I had fun playing the demo but I wouldn't buy it. |

Splendid game!
As noted above, this is in the tradition of Lemmings, and the old original Lemmings was my favorite game of all time.
Eets brings on the different pieces one at a time as you advance through the levels, so you don't have to learn a whole lot of them all at once. Mouse-over explanations of what they do are always available, too.
The graphics are Snoopy-style cartoons. The colors are attractive and the pieces have wonderful facial expressions.
The puzzles get more interesting as you go along and have fancier pieces to use - antigravity yet! Many levels require a lot of replays to get everything lined up just right, but there is no penalty for replays, and your current level is saved.
The only thing I'd like to see added is a volume control - but the fixed volume is not excessively loud.
A most enjoyable game. (I've only played in single-player mode so can't comment on the multiplayer competitions). |
