Virtual Villagers
Care for and nurture a tribe of little people by teaching them the basics of survival. Fleeing from a volcano eruption, your little villagers find themselves stranded on a mysterious new island. They need to become farmers, builders, scientists and parents as they make decisions about unpredictable 'island events'! Help them explore and restore their new home. As your village grows and prospers, your villagers become curious about their mysterious new island home and the secrets it holds. How will you lead your tribe?
Virtual Villagers is an enjoyable game. Very simple and easy to play. I usually load it up after I get off work. My oldest villager is 98 years old, unfortunatly she died.
The game menus are easy to read and easy to navigate. The most difficult part of the game is still the start. This is the time when tech points are needed the most but, only a few scientists.
I have played other "Last Day of Work" games and found them as enjoyable but requiring a little more attention.

GREAT!!
I love the SIM games like this... the puzzles are challenging, the music is lovely... it gets you hooked rather fast. And it runs even when you close the game, so the next time it opens you have many surprises from your villagers. I would recommend this game to anyone, and I hope Reflexive gets more games like it.

Amazing...
If you are a fan of The Sims, and the television show "Lost" then this is the game for you. In the hour that I played it, I fell in love with it! It is definitely a game that would be worth the price of the full version!
You control tiny villagers as they try to start life over on a deserted island. It's up to you to teach them to forage for food, build shelter, and study new technologies. Instead of directly controlling them, you drag and drop them to the areas that you want thewm to "work" and they begin to try to live on their own.
The coolest part about the game is that they continue to "live" even when your computer is off! If you train your villagers correctly, you could come back to a nourished and flourishing utopia!
Definitely try this one! You won't regret it, and it's definitely a change of pace from the umpteen million "match 3 shapes" games that are out there!

clear the debris near the seashore(you can't fish if the water still has debris).
Puzzle 4- School
you should have a master scientist to do this job. drag him/her on the building near the research table (on top).
Puzzle 5- Creek/Lagoon
you should have atleast construction#2. drag your builder on the rocks blocking the creek.
Puzzle 6- Magic Fish
you should have farming#3. drag a farmer and put him in the lagoon.
Puzzle 7- Grave
you should atleast have spirituality#2. if you have a dead villager drag an adult over the "holy place" (top right corner of the screen, there's an empty space of land near the boulder). they will automatically get the remains then have it a tombstone.
Puzzle 8- Herb Mastery
you should have a doctor to see the herbs.
Puzzle 9- Garden
you should have a farmer do this. drag him on the dead flowers (righ most, under the tree).

If you want your villagers to grow faster. change the PC time 1hr:1yr. (beware if you change time, it will affect the crop's growing tym if its 60 mins you should only change it 1hr)
Here's a tip to finish the last puzzle. Idon't know if it works in all games but i worked for me.
To make the Golden Child push the boulder you just place the child in the ocean. First he will make a Rainbow. Then take the Child to the blocked cave and the child will destroy the the big rock.
If you changed you sys Time more than 3 hours, than
you must open your TaskManager (don't close your game!!) and select VirtualVillagers then click EndTask. Close the TaskManager and set your sys time to the time at which you have closed VirtualVillagers before the over-3-hours-setting and start the game normally. If you have done right, your villagers will be alive...
RAISING BREEDING SKILL:this tip takes about 45 minutes and wears your fingers down but to raise breeding to make master parents faster than waiting the normal time.BEFORE you build your hut take 2 people and constantly put them on top of each other over and over and over. You dont have to wait for them to go into the huts,as long as u hear the kissing sounds then thier breeding skill will raise. It took me about 45 mins of doing this to get master parents
Have all the villagers foraging at the same time , then after your food level reaches 400 , it will mean you have enough food . Then have all your villagers at the research table ( to earn more tech - points ) This will save valuable time
To complete the puzzle with the star fishey thing on the puzzles, grab a master farmer to the lagoon and when the"Sees something in the lagoon"Then leave them alone and the villager will bring this big ol' fish and you will complete one!!
to speed up things u can change the time on your computer and then change it back to what it was before. The game will then be tricked into thinking however much time you went forward actually passed.
Puzzle #1 - Get a builder to clean the well. This is the village water supply. Get a villager with building skill, drag them to the well and let them fix it.
Puzzle #2 - Build a new hut. Population is maxed out at 7 until you build a new hut. A villager trained in building is required to build new huts.
Puzzle #3 - Clean up the beach debris. You need to clean up the debris so the villagers can fish. Drag a villager to the debris and it will start cleaning.
Puzzle #4 - Starting a village school. You need a master scientist. Drag them to the long building north of the reasearch table to start a school.
Puzzle #5 - Remove the blockage of the creek in the northwest corner of the village. Villagers need level 2 in construction to work on this. Drag a villager to the rock pile blocking the water flow from the creek. When the blockage is cleared, water will flow to the lagoon. This puzzle is the key to solving three more puzzles.
Puzzle #6 - You need to complete puzzle #5 first and have a villager with level 3 harvesting. Take a master farmer to the lagoon and they will start hunting fish. This may take awhile.
Puzzle #7 - Discover the graveyard (requires Level 2 of Spirituality). When a villagers dies, drag an adult villager to the northeast corner of the island. The villagers will provide a proper burial the pile of bones in village center. After this first burial, villagers will automatically have burial ceremonies for any deceased villager.

Puzzle #9 - You need to complete puzzle #5 first. Drag a villager to the field on the east side of the island (where the dead flowers are). They will water the field with water from the lagoon. Make sure to use a villager with building skill so that the watering continues until the
When you have to find the treasure be sure to look at the left of the ruin and be sure to take a Builder to this place. Some of the villagers could start to looking in the sand but only the builder will uncover the treasure...

Im proud of myself completing The game 2 times (1 on each dificulty).
When making a baby you must put a male and a female together and they will go in the hut (this may take some time) and you will be disappointed if they come out with nothing. So instead of waiting for them to come out and see if the female had the baby, just check your population number first, then put the two villagers together and after the kiss sound, check your population again, if it has changed then you will have a new baby after they come out of the hut, but if it hasn't changed that means they will not have a baby. So keep putting them together until you realize your population number has grown.
The puzzle's: And some of the puzzle's don't need to be completed in order.

Puzzle 2: Drag an adult villager to near the 3-digit long building, were there should be an allmost completed, then drop the villager were it will say "Building small hut".
Puzzle 3: Drag an adult villager to the smashed boat debris, were that villager will say "Cleaning up the beach".
Puzzle 4: Drag an adult Master Scientist to the 3-digit long building, were there action line will say "Founding a school".

Puzzle 11: Requires level 3 building. Take an adult villager to the scattered silver rocks, near the left right side of the beach, were that villager will say "Restoring the ruins".
Puzzle 12: Requires level 3 building and com
Tip_ Mushrooms :
if you drag 2 or more children to pick a mushroom, all kids will be able to pick one and you will be able to take more food to the basket.
Also having a Master Farmer forage for berries seems to create the ability for the spawning of mushrooms more regular where as they are less likely to turn up as often with an Adept farmer.
The berry supply is limited, so you'll need to find another food source ASAP.
Babies eat as much as adults and making too many babies too soon can create a food crisis.
A villagers' curiosity is often a clue to a puzzle.
Sick villagers need to be healed or they will weaken and die.
The more villagers you have, the faster they can research new technologies and solve puzzles, but too many can quickly destroy your food supply and spell doom for your tribe.
i currently have around 114444 food which is a lot i know and 90 people in my tribe. the way to do this is to first only buy all food (farming) upgrades. BUY ALL OF THEM. do not buy anything before. after you will be able to fish and since there is an unlimited amount of it you will quickly accumuplate a lot of food. also do not make babies until after you have all these upgrade. lastly, make sure you change the clock a maximum of one hour when starting then change it to two hours. never go over two hours. AND MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE FISHING.
When changing the clock on your computer don't move it forward more than 3 hours at a time, unless you have your villagers fishing. Then you can fast-foward up to days at a time, it's up to you to figure out what's the max.
I have something useful for all of you from now on:
1-At the beginning of the game, you should build for your Farming Tech, and next, Science, and next, Farming Tech. It is important that you follow this order in order to make your villagers have sources of food for the future in a real way.
2-Do not build the new hut when you want to raise your villagers's Breeding Skill, because if you built a new hut, they could have a new baby then. It is difficult for you to increase Breeding Skill
3-Watering Crops usually can help you with making the Minutes remaining until new crops become less and you can have new crops faster
4-Science is very important for your villagers. You should build it upto the highest level, first and then, you can be mastered in other Tech.
5-You should make new babies enough so as you can have them make the Tech point at the same generation, in other words, you should make new babies at the same time with different women. It make you do not have to wait long time for them to grow up
6-Always, there are at least 3 persons doing research at the research table so that your Tech point increases continuously.
Thank you for caring!
I am proud that I am Vietnamese.
When the action says,"waiting for someone"That means that they are waiting for someone to come to "Go Indoors",and when they are "embracing"They're likely to "go indoors"and it'll bring a baby.=D
Hit the:
"D" button at your keyboard to go to the details
"T" button to go to tecnologies
"P" button to see puzzles and milestone
"M" button to go to the map
"ESC" button to go back (but not quitting)
"ENTER" button everytime you want to change players. you can select the player and hit the enter button
If You Have around 400 or higher food supplies, make sure that no one else is picking berris or fishing or harvesting crops,or earlier in the day(or tomorrow) you will have little food and there is a likely chance your tribe will die...
Take a villager to the well and keep doing it until it says"watering the strange patch".Then you might wanna log off for a while and do homework or play virtual villagers2 or whatever and log back on in about uh..30 or so minutes and go back on.You'll notice a beautiful stash of flowers(garden)crunched together on the east of Isola. You completed a puzzle!=)
