Build a lot - great game this year
Just wanted to share my thoughts on this game since i think its great.
I played the first Build a lot game and thought it was captivating and extremely well thought out. Reflexive games aren't always without programming errors and the like but both Build a lot one and two is flawless in that department.
I loved as these games gradually get harder forcing you to think of increasingly more effective ways of building your town until you have it all down.
I have now gotten the golden stars on every level in both games and especially the second game is quite challenging if you want to meet the fast deadline. Therefore this game offers great replayvalue for the money spent and is extremely well balanced and gives you several opportunities in terms of how you want to build.
If you look hard enough for a downside the sound gets a little repetetive after a while, but its easy to turn it down so just put on some music instead.
I can't give Build a lot and Build a lot town of the year enough kudos. I urge you to try it.

Build-a-lot 2: Town of the Year!
You cannot imagine my excitement at finding Build-a-lot 2: Town of the Year released here.
As the original Build-a-lot has been staying in the top 10 sellers since a long time ago, I am sure Build-a-lot 2: Town of the Year will hit the top 10 and stay for long again.
I like the new way of playing, and the game experience made me crazy. And if you like something fresh and challenging too, this game is for you.

When you want to buy a house and you´re just short on cash, you can put two or four of your own houses up for sale, then you can offer les to buy the house!(after you buy the house you can cancel the sale of your own houses)
Unless it's necessary for completing a level, don't build any shops. They generate less money than a Modern house, and unless you spend another lot on a Buisness Center, you'll have to constantly allocate a worker to it. And this goes to the Oil Derricks too. Again, less money than a Villa, and they are just a huge negative hit on your Appeal rating. Just stick with the Recycle Center-Workshop-Garden Center trio, they're more than enough.
