Fitness Frenzy
Help Vicki meet a real challenge! In Fitness Frenzy, YOU are a fitness trainer. You get to help people get fit and feel great. You also get to work with all sorts of people - from newbie joggers to muscle-bound weight lifters. Teach them how to work out and reach their ultimate goals. A great fitness trainer has the speed and knowledge to help each customer reach their pinnacle. How about you...can you keep up with the frenzy?
People that are really good at dash games will probably find Fitness Frenzy too slowly paced for their liking. However, people like me, who have tried consistently and have never been able to complete Diner Dash, will find this suits them better. I love dash games but I'm just plain bad at them - I get too anxious and then I lose control and stress out about halfway through the plot levels. But this one is paced a bit slower and easier for me to progress through, which I like cause I can actually get through the plot while still getting a challenge out of the levels.
Plus as another reviewer said, it cuts out the annoying "fillers" like having to go get a towel to clean a mess. When/if you hire staff to help you, they're actually COMPETENT! I hate dash games where the "help" has to be repeatedly clicked on and "woken up" in order to do their jobs. In Fitness Frenzy your staff is ready and alert by themselves at all times.

A GAME THAT WORKS OUT *GREAT*!!
Despite its cartoony appearance, Fitness Frenzy flexes proudly in a welcome new game. How can we not be skeptical when a new type of business hits the casual scene? .
Now. Everytime one of these games come out, people seem to weigh them against Diner Dash. This game leans more toward Daycare Nightmare due to the "maintenance" element, but is still a dash flavor game. It's well paced, and the business of fitness translates nicely, giving you enough control to make it lots of fun.
The gaming flow is as follows: When a customer enters, you will decide what their exercising routine will consist of for the day, based on the needs that they express. You will then assign which machines they will be using, and send them on their way. You can't change the routine once it's been assigned, which is the genius of the game. You must make sure that everyone in the gym will get to do what they need to do without having too many crossovers, as patience is of the essence, as is all dash games.
Customers will ask for advice, machines will require cleaning, and the cash will need to be attended to. It's done THE SMART WAY, that is, you don't need to "go get a towel" to clean a machine, and you don't need to "pick up your clipboard" to help someone out.
There's the mandatory machine upgrade system, along with "perks" that actually AFFECT the gameplay. In most games, you give people coffee/cookies so that they'll be quiet. In this game, the bottled water increases a customer's performance, making it a direct element of gameplay balance. GREAT.
You KNOW it's going to be good, because the gameplay runs so smoothly that you can't wait for things to get out of hand. That's the sign of a good game, in my opinion.. like trusting the brakes on your car will not betray you during a race.
The ONE snag would be that the tutorial does not stop the timer on your game, and customers can get impatient while you scurry to find what you're supposed to click next.

Well...
It is just another time management game and its different. when they first get there you just assign all the stations the go to at once, so that helps, but if you are giving Vicki more tasks, and then she goes to help someone, and you click on the wrong station by mistake, there is no undo... which means you cant get the perfect score and that person will leave very sad...
You dont have to buy the new equipment, you just buy the upgrades, and then there are extras to buy, which you can also upgrade... So that was nice... I'm only on the third building though, but i bet its gonna get really busy soon.
Some of the people look cute but some are scary...

1. Right click the icon for the game.
2. Choose properties.
3. Click on the 'Find Target...' button.
4. This will make you go to the game folder. Look in the folder call "Levels". Find any files which starts with Customer e.g. "CustomerCyclist".
5. Double click it to open the file in notepad.
6. You will see Skill level and Workout speed for the customer.
7. You can change the Skill level to 10 to make the customer very skillful in which they won't ask for your help.
8. And changing the Workout speed to 0.5 makes them workout faster. WARNING! Do not change the speed to less than 0.5 and don't give them drinks or else they will workout too fast and an error will pop out everytime they finish a workout.
9. Close the file and save it.
10. Do this for every other customer and all of them will not ask for help and will workout much faster.
Note that every file that you edit you could do a mistake so please before editing game files make a backup of them.
For example just copy and paste the original file in the same folder.
For buying equipments for little money follow these:
1. Go to the game directory.
2. Go to the "Levels" folder.
3. Find "EquipmentData.txt" and open it.
4. And change any value for equipment you desire :).
(You can use the "Find and Replace" function to find all 00 and replace them with nothing.)
For having all XP for your girl follow these:
