You may think that there's nothing new about another match 3 game, but I have 3 words for you TOURNAMENT MODE BABY! I haven't even touched the regular Quest mode, I cannot stop playing the Tournament Mode. The backgrounds are amazing, I even love the music, and I usually just turn the sound off when I play games. Great game, great sequel, well worth the wait!!!
And of course... CAN ANYBODY PLEASE TELL US (IN AN EDITOR NOTE, MAYBE) IF WE ARE PLAYING WITH REAL PEOPLE?

Almost as good as the first one
OK, is time for second parts (Magic Match 2, Luxor) and in this case, JQ one of the classic match 3 of all the times. There is not so many differences between the first and this one, but for me, Jewel Quest I rules.

Jewel Quest II
Jewel Quest II is a great sequel to the very successful original puzzler. It adds some new mechanics and really improves the production values, something that I think will go a long way toward keeping eyeballs on the game. There dozens upon dozens of puzzles, so this isn't one you'll finish up in a weekend.
The first JQ was hardly a breeze, but expect to replay puzzles more than once in order to clear them and move on through the game. This does add a lot of replay value to the game, but I confess on occasion, it wasn't the kind of replay I necessarily enjoy. "Come on, stupid gems!" I would occasionally exclaim while playing, but with some added colorful language. If you suffer from the same kind of verbal slips, you may want to play Jewel Quest II in private, too.
The Tournament mode is a good joke. Are you really playing with other gamers? No, you're not, but that's the game.

In my opinion the best tip for Jewel Quest II is getting as many "specials" (by matching 3 gold coins) as you can in the first levels, while the board is still easy to clean.
They will be needed later.
I also try to start cleaning by the bottom, and while I'm concentrated on this, the gems at the top start to match themselves so I can finish in a good time, and still get some bonus points!
Clean as many jewels as you can by one swap, or make as many chain reactions(combos) as possible to get extra points. This is important during tournament. Sometimes the blank cells are also very useful, so you need not to fill them immediately.
