For a demo this would be a great game.
The gameplay is awesome. The premise is awesome.

This is definitely a game RTS lovers should try.

This is also a game Reflexive would do well to back.
This game is not worth $20 however, ONLY because of it's lack of content.
While having a very unique method of play this game simply lacks the content needed to maintin interest.
A story would be nice, though most hard core gamers really don't even read the story.
More buildings are a necessity for lasting interest, make them all upgradable.
I did like how the missle launchers didn't just get stronger, you got to choose what kind they were, so i would definately stick with that (having an upgrade tree).
I got to level 32 and was finally overpowered by sheer numbers which i found to be a drawback, by this time it was pretty much impossible to stop them all. Although i did get stuck far from resources which played a huge part in my defeat.
All in all i loved the game, but i was disappointed by the lack of content.
You have a winning game here, just add more stuff and you'll be the next WoW.

More = Fun

The game is very nice to play. Addictive.
I got frustrated as soon as I realised, there was no story mode or more upgrades to do. I mean, Lasers and missles only ? We need something more. Also the aliens could be more complex in shapes. Also, automatic saving would be very usefull. Garden defense seems more tactical than this. But this is more fun, since its more realistic. Make a second Harvest, with more different stuff, more modes, a better menu, and you'll have game of the year award :)

ADDICTING!

Wow, there's a lot of things you could do in thing game with a ton of modes. You'd basically have to understand how the functionalities work and after that it'll be clean as pie and you're good to go. This game is very enjoyable, however, can also be frustrating as endless waves of baddies come your way.

The music in this game has been slightly lacking, there are more blasting sounds than actual music. Which, in my opinion, would have been better if the music was heavier in terms that it is loud or louder than the ambiance.

The graphics is just, wow. For a game that is under 100MB, it really serves. I highly recommend this game just for it.

However, it wasn't just the music and graphics that topped it, it was the gameplay. If you enjoy tower defense games then you would enjoy it merely just for that. The strategic depth and creativity is off the charts. All in all, I'd give this game 5/5.

When you place Missle Turrets make sure you upgrade them to "Eagle Scout" turrets because they have much more range and Do more damage.

While Building make sure to pause your game to prevent enemies from getting closer to your buildings.

You can create a "Super Laser" by building around 15-20 laser near eachother and then clicking on one of the lasers near the middle then clicking "Link Nearby Lasers"

If you can transport energy to the edge of the map then the map will expand revealing more terrain for you to harvest more minerals.

Make sure you turrets have enough energy when an invasion happens or they will not be able to reload fast enough and you will be over run.

The extra buildings in "Creative Mode" Have no purpose (They are only used for visuals, if you wanted to make a mock space colony) [The prices of these buildings can also be changed by editing a text file in your Harvest: Massive Encounter folder.

When playing "Wave Mode" Make sure you completely kill one wave at a time before deploying another because you are rewarded extra Colonial Credits for defeating a wave. Also after you deploy a wave the remainging waves become harder and bigger than before you deployed the previous wave. Keep that in mind when deciding which wave to deploy.

When the enemies is coming, you can just link lots of defense tower together. You can also link be pressing X or drag one building to another. The one that link to the main building can also get other to link to it, so it will apply more power to the main building. The good thing about linked building is its range.(Be sure to unlink when the enemy is coming very close. So each defense tower can shot on its own nearest enemies.)
You can look at "Attack Priorities"to change how your tower will attack.
In your awards room, you can click the awards you already get and there will be an extra tips.
Some information about alien
The D-70 has nothing, only shield (Defense Tower can destroy it in 9.09 second)
The Zoom Armadillo Tank has an anti-explosion shield, so the missile from the missile turret and eagle cruiser turret will do very little damage to this kind of alien.
The Gehenna shuttle has high speed, they will hit the object they aimed and they will also died. Linked tower are not good with this
The A-13 T.I.V when fly close to the building, they will aim one building at a time, and a ship around it will also aim that building.
The Steel Monocle has a solar shield (the black part on the ship) that can defend the laser. So the laser, even the linked one, cannot do any damage(Unless come from many side)
The Black Dragon will release about 3 Gehenna shuttle when flying close to any building (Be careful, the Black Dragon will stay in a place where a single defense tower can't reach and release the Gehenna Shuttle)
The Death Mite is like a D-70, but they has stronger shield, can harvest mineral and took longer time to destroy an object.
The star-5 energy sapper will sap an energy from one of the energy link and ALL energy that pass through it will be taken away.
The Thunder Flea has very high shield. It will jump on anything, including its own teammates.

(This is only a secret place in the game)
In the main menu, the 3 planet will turn slowly.
Wait until you got this position:
Poseidon at Right Ares at Left Hephaestus at the Middle
Lie somewhere between Hephaestus and Poseidon, you will see a black hole there. Click on it so you can play a Wicked Awesome Game
It's a racing game where you ride on a Gehenna shuttle on Ares.
