WOW...lots of variety...

I absolutely loved this game..... The game is actually a bunch of other games put together. You start on a small island.... You have a little monkey that you have to take care of.....so you pretty much play a lot of smaller games to raise sand dollars.... Then you use the sand dollars to buy furniture, food, shelter....all kinds of stuff..... Once you "out grow" that island you can purchase a second island...and have two homes....or three
The variety of minigames is great....it has everything from sports to cards to action to puzzle.... SSOOO fun.
One of the best things about the game is the graphics....the games are so colorful. the water and trees really move with the wind!! I would recommend this game to anyone...age 5-85....this is my absolutely favorite game ever!!! :)

Cute

I think that this is a really cute game. Its got goals to create a fun island for your "pets" and it offers different games to play so it changes abit instead of playing the same game over and over. I really do like this game...Thank you Reflexive :):):)I love the monkey :)

Well, this is my review Nº 100, and is for one of the best children's games of all times, of course: Tropix. When I am tired of playing more "serious" games, I always come back to my islands (the 5 islands are now complete) and play bowling, jungle jump, puffer popper or other little games of this masterpiece and I feel very relax and happy like a little child.

Nothing else, friends... and I will keep playing Reflexive Games, till I have here 200 reviews.

Tips & Tricks for 'Tropix':

A way to get incredible amounts of sand dollars. (I've gotten as high as 15000 in one 15 minute game!) is to play jungle jump. When you get to world 9-14, there is a segment where there is a nonswinging diagonal vine, and a 'flower cannon' right next to it. Aim the flower cannon at the vine, and click to shoot. You hit the vine and you get the 15 points for successfully hitting another jump. That's not all though! If you click right away again, you land back into the cannon and get 100 points plus the 15 for a quick jump. And you can do this forever, building up a higher and higher score. It's right near the end too, and if you've gotten this far into the game, you obviously aren't terrible at it, so you can more than likely complete the whole three jumps more to win.

To raise money, I would buy many trees from the food section and wait for them to grow fruits. When the fruits drop on the ground, sell the fruits. Make sure to sell all the fruits on the ground or the trees won't grow any more fruits. The best trees to grow your money is the Persimmon Tree on Mystic Island. I have 16 Persimmon Trees on the Mystic Island and when the fruits drop, the selling price varies between $250-$350 and I get 16 fruits from my 16 trees so that will give me $4,000 to $5,600 each time. The best part is that the fruit grows so fast.
