I haven't had this much fun with a match 3 in a LONG time!

What can I say? My wife and I both downloaded the demo and were HOOKED before even finishing the demo. We usually wait for payday to buy new games, but we had to have Tropicabana right away.

The animated characters DO contribute to the game, not only with ambience, but with the amount of money you can earn each round.
Do not overlook them!!!

Love the powerups, love the music, love the graphics, but most especially LOVE the gameplay!

The Audience Is Listening

Actually, the audience is watching, and that is just one of the perks with the match three game. The audience reacts to how well you are doing in the game, and the more cheers you get, the faster you will obtain your power ups (and the audience counts down the final ten seconds of the round). This is a great, fun, and addictive game. At the end of each level there is a bonus match in which you throw actual cherry bombs at mice (ie. the bombs are cherries). You can take a break from the main game and go play in the casino (there is a roulette table, a slot machine, and black jack), and the further you advance in the game, the more you can purchase to upgrade your nightclub. I like it when I get to promote Manuel. This game is well worth the money. I may even buy it as gifts for family and friends.

The reviews are in from The House of Green Day......

....and they are excellent! I don't usually go for the match 3 games, but I really loved this one. The music is fabulous...it made me want to take the next flight to Miami and learn how to do the Mambo! The graphics are bright and colorful, and the game itself is a blast! You can upgrade your club with the money you receive from making matches, and the more upgrades you buy...the more money you make. There are some pesky mice that will try to get in your way, but when you shoot them, they run away with their tails on fire. Overall, a really great game. Two thumbs way up!! This one is definitely worth the money!

Warning extreme spoiler ! Make backup first. Then go into game s file then data open with notepad " upgrade list ". Change it s price save close and play. NO more expensive upgrades. Do not change Manuells prices, repeat dont change them. he wont upgrade his self ? ...click to reveal spoiler... Hope this helps :-) .

Item cheats! Search the folder in where you installed the game. search for the file named UpgradeList. (Usually its in this folder, C:\Program Files\Tropicabana\Data) Open it with notepad. For a much safer change. just change the percentage of what specific item gives you bonuses. Like the Maracas for instance, you can its bonus, (well since this instrument doesn't give you any bonus) you can the 0% into like 1000%!! when the level is over you will like have more money than you can really have. After the 1st level also, you can buy everything that you need. This also applies to the different upgrades like the applause and power up abilities. ...click to reveal spoiler...
