Reply to dryad

I'm just writing this review just to correct dryad . Dryad on his review said that he felt "really disturbed in one particular room where you must search through Third Reich memorabilia". The point is that this is not a 3rd Reich memorabilia , but a Great War(WWI)German memorabilia ... At that time there was no swastikas (no nazi party) just the iron cross of the German army .In fact the only thing that might relate to the WWII is the German Grenade ...
Well, they were true to history . Maybe you should check some historical sources before you criticize a game.

As for the game , I believe it's quite easy .
It has some good aspects (like the magnifying glass) , but I think MCF Madame Fate is much better at this genre .

NOT MCF

It is hard to beat MCF, the developers of seek and find objects know it. Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky Manor or The Scruffs go in a new direction to make it, and it's OK. In the case of The Nightshift Code, they try to make a game with some "differences", and well, it's a good game and of course I liked it, but I am still waiting for another s&f better than MCF.

Only con it is too short!

One of my alltime favourite Hide&Seek games is Madame Fate, and "The Nightshift Code" came really close. The puzzles are not too hard but they definitly need some brainwork to be solved, and the hidden objects are hard to find. (Which is good in my opinion!) If you have the same graphics again, it is not pure repetition but it has a reason (you got to play to find out). The Story in Comic Book Style is really neat and the music is real soothing and not annoying (first time I turned the volume up instead of down)! In short I loved this game and can only recommend it.
