:)

I'm surprised there wasn't more reviews for this game! It is soo much fun.

You can't judge a book by its cover, that's what I almost did with this game. But I read a good review and gave it a shot.

There are 3 different modes to this game. The adventure mode, where you are timed, in the end of each level, you can get a gold, silver, or bronze medal for completing it, based on your time. Then there is relaxed mode, which is un-timed. So you can sit back, and take as long as you'd like. And finally there is endurance mode. Only attempt endurance mode if you have a lot of patience! lol it really is a game of how much you can endure. It is like the other two modes, except un-timed (like relaxed mode) and it takes a lot (I mean a lot) longer to complete.

Basically what you do is, you start out as a grey goo. You eat everything smaller than you, and you begin to grow, letting you able to eat things you formerly couldn't due to your smaller size. You're set off to eat the whole world! You start small in the early levels by eating bacteria, and ending up in the last levels in space eating the solar system! You're game is not complete until you've eaten not only everything in the world, but everything in general. lol.

Great game. Nice music. TONS of gameplay. (You can even unlock cheats to make your gameplay more fun!) At least try the demo, I'm sure this will be a game will end up a favorite.

Seems innocent enough....

What starts off so innocently as a little grey bathroom cleaner, and then goes completely homicidal (so to speak), this game hooks you from the start wondering what you are going to be able to devour as your little microscopic goo starts out in the milli-micron range eating bacteria and such, to parsec range and beyond devouring galaxies at a shot.
This game is very similar to the Feeding Frenzy games in that your goal is to eat things smaller than yourself so that you can grow and start chowing down on the bigger items. And for those Feeding Frenzy fans, there are even ocean levels.
At first glance with the title graphics and the comic style cut scenes, this game appears to have sub-standard graphics until you actually get into the game. Graphics are actually alot more impressive than they first appear to be.
The elevator music is soothing in a manner of speaking amid the commotion of cars crunching, people screaming, buildings collapsing and such. The music sort reminded me alot of Teddy Factory (actually, I believe it may have been the same), but goes very well with this game.
The gameplay is very good in that you can use your mouse or keyboard to control your adorable little grey master of destruction.
It is very easy to get addicted to this game, on relaxed mode, it is easily beaten in around 2 hours, but going for the golds in timed, well, that's a whole other thing. Very high replayability for such a simple concept.
As you approach the end of the game (and the last level and ending are quite humorous), you really have to wonder what the guys at Playfirst were really thinking when they created this little masterpiece. As for my wife and myself, we would really like to get into the guy's head who created this concept. We're both hooked with what appears to be no end in sight.
I highly recommend that you at least download the demo and try it out for yourself. This game isn't for everyone, but those easily amused, such as myself, this is a definate buy.
