This game is great!

This is a platform game where you are Super Granny trying to save the kitties and plant as many flowers as you can. Sounds simple enough, but toss in some really upset dogs that are running about and it can become a challenge.

Gameplay is simple -- arrow keys and spacebar to dig holes or perform other actions. The holes are used to trap dogs (ala the old PC game, Lode Runner). There are powerups and other special items that granny can wield as she attempts to rescue the kittens. For example, she can find a frying pan used to smack the dogs that are chasing her, or she might find an umbrella that can be used to float her on an airstream to a higher level.

The sounds aren't bad, with just enough smart comments from granny to keep you entertained but not annoyed. Dogs bark, kittens meow, and other sound effects make it entertaining.

Overall, this game is fantastic. In my opinion, one of the best to be found on this site.

Really liked it

I have never been a big fan of these sort of games, but as soon as i tried it, i was hooked on it for a ages and still am. The powerup and levels are great and very different!!! The overall game is really good!!! Highly recomended

Granny Extends Her Vacation

If you played Granny in Paradise, and have been waiting for Sandlot to release SuperGranny 3, wait no more - it's here - and better than ever! In this version, Granny has a bunch of new tricks up her sleeve but the premise is the same, help granny rescue her kitties while she plants flower and vines. The graphics in this version are much better than in previous versions and granny's comments are just as nutty as ever sometimes making it hard to concentrate because you're giggling so hard at what she says. There is an assortment of new enemies such as the Pink Poodles and hound dogs which are much fiercer than the dogs in the previous version and a frying pan which does a great job of frying enemies like an egg.

This version has an excellent tutorial for newcomers so if you've never played before, it's probably a bit easier to get acquainted with it.

This game is probably targeted to the 25+ generation although anyone can play it.

It's one of my all time favorites although it's not an easy game by any stretch of the imagination.

Make sure to collect all coins - don't waste your money on the shield, repellant, bone etc as they only last a short time, but make sure to get the cane and gold key as they help you access other levels and also get more gold!!
