As other reviewers have said, this game is such a let down after the first.

The fact that the toon gets stuck, is slow, the cases of money are implemented in a way to reduce your ability to see what you are doing...

Oh, and while I don't mind the story being written in another country, is it so hard to employ a native english speaker to grammar (and context) check?

Actually, with the bugginess I experienced I'd be surprised if anyone even playtested this at all.

I wouldn't bother with it unless you like to get frustrated by bad grammar and buggy gameplay.

My thoughts

I liked the first one a lot. This one was a HUGE disappointment. As another reviewer mentioned the cook is VERY slow and the upgrades are more of a pain than they are upgrades.

The Graphics get a "Loved it" rating cause they are nice to look at and you re arrange your trophies in the trophy room. I thought that was a very nice feature.

Sound gets a "really liked it" rating because I enjoyed the sound effects (I don't listen to the music) but the effects were good.

Game play was awful and gets a "Didn't like it" rating for a couple of reasons. Number one being the cook is entirely to slow and the upgrades are a pain (For example I got the "sauce upgrade and they put it in the shop in a place way far away from the food. to use it for the extra tip takes so long that the other customers get mad). Filling a case with money SHOULD be a good thing but covers most of the screen causing WAY to much distraction for already too slow cook. Furthermore the localization team did a TERRIBLE job. Not a bad job (that I can deal with) but a TERRIBLE job. We are NOT talking about a few grammar mistakes here, we are talking about sentences that make no sense at all.

Overall gets an "almost liked it" rating because I wanted SO MUCH to like it. I truly loved the first one, but this one misses the mark by a LONG shot.

.... How Disappointing ....

I was so happy when i saw the second of Stand of Food... and now how i'm so disappointed of this.. "version".
There is nothing to list of goods points and bads points.. There is just NO good points in this one. Sounds are annoying, graphics are hmm.. borderline since food dont look like food, Gameplay is boring.. I always try to help creators with goods points in any game i'm buying.. but now i'm off. I don,t like anything in this one. If they was brights, they would make another Stand of food based on the first one. Not trying to add aliens and burger lasagna and.. so many useless food like in this one. Updates are lames, oh well.. ill stop.
Now ill try to finish the full game since I paid for it and waiting for a better game asap!
