Pure Brilliance

Let me start off by saying I LOVE THIS GAME!! I was a bit skeptical a first but for once I shouldn't have been.

It is a little difficult to explain what this game is similar to but I guess it is kind of like Home Sweet Home but that is a very broad comparison.

In this game you have to build items for your store (e.g shoe racks ans sports racks etc) to raise money so you can achieve set goals. Some goals require you to build a set amount of a certain item, raise shop value and raise shop appeal. If you think that you can just jump straight in to buying the required items you would be very wrong. You only have a minimal amount to buy the first couple of items and once you start you can not just wait and save up for required goals because you need to buy stuff to keep your customers happy, patient and most of all BUYING MORE STUFF. If you don't they will walk out.

I did not find the music and sound effects to be annoying like a lot of games out there. But then again I was enjoying the game play and concentrating so much that I wasn't really listening lol. The graphics were easy on the eyes but still maintained a high visual detail standard.

All in all, I give this game a perfect score and recommend that you at least TRY IT. I guarentee you won't be disappointed!! I am already in the process of buying this game and believe 100% that it is worth the money.

Thankyou once again to the hard workers of Reflexive Arcade for bringing us loyal customers another brilliant game!!

There simply isn't much worth playing about

I tried for 13 min, both the challenge mode and the free mode and I found myself quite simply bored. Sure, the graphics are cute, it's nice to decorate and buy stuff but after all that's done, all you need to do is sit back and occasionally refill the stocks. And the most annoying thing is those warning sounds when a particular rack needs a refill. It just keeps going on and on and on and after all the refilling I felt like the entire game is just decorate, buy, refill. Of course there is the meeting the daily monetary challenges and the items to be bought but just after a while, everything seems repetetive and rather boring.

This is like a lesser version of Sims 2 where you can play decorate and business at the same time. I would say this is more like Restaurant Empire, decorate, create menu and just sit back whilst the money roll in. Whilst this may be nice in real life, in a game it is just pure boredom.

I don't like this game at all and I have a feeling I am one of the very few dissenters. Even the main character freaks me out with her oversized head and small body.

This isn't just my type of game. I like this type that's what I mean but not this game.

Awesome Game...loved it!

Shopping Blocks is one of the funnest games I have played in a while. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I totally misjudged this game.It is a ball. I love the fact that you can pick the color of the wallpaper/floor/other stuff, and you can put everything in your store wherever you want..It is really fun...every level is kinda repetitively the same thing everytime, but it is a fun game, and the graphics are cute. =] love it love love it! Plus,it has great music.
