River Raider II isn't the best game to buy...

River Raider II is an old graphic game. You can try to play a demo, but i don't recommend to buy it. I had this game with some more games when i bought my computer and baleave me, it was one of the worst games. Well, some people doesn't care about the graphics and gameplay...

Graphics: low.
Pretty bad.

Gameplay: weird.
Unlike a real plane (or helicopter). I know becouse I had a chance to fly with one.

Sound: boring.
Only few samples.

Overall: bad enough.

A waste of $ and time

A simple methodical 3D vertical scrolling shooter, simple graphics, simple gameplay, and simple audios.

This game is VERY repetitive, every levels are the same, and there are only 4 or 5 types of enemies and there are no strategies, only move and fire. There are no ranks, no kill count so you can just fly through the level without taking one shot. There is no story plot, no upgrades, and so no replay value.

I strongly recommend people NOT to buy this game. It is, like one of the reviews, should be a gift when you buy something. (It is a poor gift as well)

Bad

This game is bad because the graphics are simple, it is 3D but you move along a 2D axis (why not enjoy the third axis?), the gameplay is vague and the sounds are bad. A game which you usually get for free with a box of CD's
