Unique game experience!
Ricochet is that action based game that makes you continue to play endlessly.
You make your way through the game beating the levels always with the double of the action of the previous one! Unlock new ships with different special abilities and go up in the ranking by collecting those fantastic gold rings.
Its longevity is really the strongest of all the strong points of this game, hundreds of levels!! And if "hundreds of levels" is not enough, connect yourself to the internet and you'll have a lot more levels to play!
Try it and love it. |

Similar to the Other Ricochet titles... Still Brilliant
Overall a brilliant breakout game with a space theme
it is similar to the Ricochet: Lost worlds title and uses similar items, but infinity has a unique trophy award system and unlockable items, such as special ships (with special power ups) and special balls, with different abilities also. it also has a unique bluey charecter that will enterain kids and adults alike
there is also a Kids mode which is useful as it has unlimited lives, constant safety barrier as well useful for entertaining the children, especially those who are not so good with hand-eye co-ordination.
though the sound is ambiance suitable for the game, but it is a little repetitive. which after several hours can be a little boring. |

Ricochet Infinity is our favorite game so far this year!
At macgamingnews we gave this a solid A+. In fact, it's the first game ever to receive an A+ and it definitely deserves it. We loved the previous Ricochet games and this is quite possibly the best one.
Graphics? Top-notch
Sound? Best in class
Gameplay? Completely Addictive
Learning Curve/Difficulty? Right on the money
Richard at the macgamingnews podcast called it "a strong contender for (his) favorite game of the year". We buy and review just about everything for our podcast/show and this one was WELL WORTH THE MONEY, and that's an understatement.

I Am A Ricochet Infinity Addict
My eyes are red and swollen. My mouse hand is stiff and sore. My jaw is slack. I cannot tear myself away from Ricochet Infinity. The bricks, the ships, the frozen cubes that I survive time after time to earn more points, the golden rings that lie just out of my aim until I find the correct strategy for gathering them up and adding them to my collection! I am a ringmaster, what more could I want in life? My family has given up on me. My friends tried to do an intervention, but ended up addicted themselves. I tried to tell them, "Don't try it! Don't play it even once!" but they didn't listen. Now all we talk about is rail balls, nuclear blasts, and brickslayers. Oh, brickslayer, brickslayer, how I love your spherical, spiky little self. All I want to do is play Ricochet Infinity in all its many infinite forms. Best game I've ever owned, I'd have paid three times what I did for it, and I'm well past the age where I should be sitting here at my computer playing games. I come home at the end of a day spent sadly Ricochet-less, and head straight for the computer. Water is secondary in importance, food a poor third in line. Sleep? What is sleep? What are chores? I must have Ricochet or I'll shrivel and disappear. The designers of this game are brilliant, and we are not worthy. I'm hopelessly hooked, now and forever. (Best new feature: If you don't get all the gold rings the first time on a level, you can go back and repeat it, and you don't have to hit ALL the rings again, just the one(s) you missed the first time around. How great is that???) I love this game to infinity and beyond. |
