polly pride pet detective

This game isn't bad, but it leaves a lot to be desired. The three mini games after each level irritated me more than they challenged me. It's not a bad game if you just want something to play while you're waiting for the next MCF game. The storyline is fairly amusing with a bit of innuendo that will go right over the heads of younger players.

Polly Pride: Pet Detective

Worth the price.
Try it, and you will not be disappointed.
Graphics & Sound:The graphics are perfect, sound not bad.
Gameplay:Not quite different from other Hidden Object Games. Not too difficult but sometimes it is hard to find the objects. The storyline is not so exciting but attractive enough.
One step behind MCF series.

Same old same old

While this game certainly seems enjoyable and well executed, I am frankly surprised by all the 5 star ratings. Everyone is always complaining about how all the games on these sites are the same and the developers just keep cranking out the exact same game over and over and over.

Well who's fault do you think that is? You guys all gladly pay another 20 bucks for the same game you just paid 20 bucks for yesterday. Come on folks. Lets expect a little innovation.

I am a big fan of the 20 dollar casual game, but the reason is for the new and interesting ideas that you just dont see in main stream games. The assumption is that big game studios cant afford to risk innovation when they are investing so much money into their titles and the smaller shorter cycle games here are immune to that problem. Obviously that is not the case.

Its taking longer and longer for interesting games to show up here. Its a trend that I fear will continue to get worse before it gets better. I only hope when it gets better I will still be interested.

All that said, however, I generally feel that iWin games are top notch and have more attention to quality than many others here. So if you really enjoy the seek and find games and desparately need more scenes to play, this is probably a good bet for you.
