Extremely Entertaining

Im always looking for something different to play and boy did i ever find it in Graveyard Shift.
The concept of owning your own graveyard and building it up may sound a little dark and morbid but within 5 minutes i was absolutely gripped. The only complaint i have is the annoying voice that explains everything to you in the tutorial (i wanted to turn my speakers off but feared id miss something important)
So to sum this game up:
Good graphics
No music that i can think of (a good thing in my opinion)
Addictive gameplay
I also loved the zombies and ghosts although they ALWAYS get me when im about to place something, go figure.
If you're into time management/sim games id highly recommend Mr Jones' Graveyard Shift ... maybe a second game could be old Mr Jones in a morgue? too much maybe?? lol

A twist on time management.

I love time management games, and this one threw a little curveball. The graphics are pretty good, sounds too. The gameplay is somewhat repetitive, but that comes along with time management. I think its a neat concept. You open your own graveyard for additional income to buy your sweetheart gifts...and he has to do certain tasks for each individual. I wont be buying the game, but the demo was a lot of fun. If you like games that are puzzles too, then you will love this one. I recommend at least trying the demo.

You gotta Digg this game.

Strategy, multi-tasking, management, a tad of creativity, and a spooky title. These qualities give birth to a new unique series of gameplay. This game emphasizes more on strategy and time-money management as you build up this not so happy place.

Imagine owning your very own graveyard, pleasing unhappy customers and the already dead by decorating their death beds which range from a mere 10$ to 100 000$, while juggling a few customers and using a little creative thinking at the same time. It starts out easy and cheap, but as reputation and wealth increases, so does the difficulty. And ofcourse when there's dead people, you'll expect to see ghosts and zombies spooking around.

Storyline started out with a children's storybook like essence with a slightly cheezy storyline. Graphics are above average, it supports moderately high resolution too, which i'll give it a 4 out of 5 rating. Music and audio sounds fits alright.

Overall, I have no problems or negative feedback towards this game. An excellent choice of game to play, but I won't expect sequels to this death defying game as repetitiveness would just shatter the next game. Not an everlasting game but still provides hours of fun burying the deceased. Good for taking a break from the build-a-lot series. Who knew owning a graveyard would be this fun.

Use the shovel (or the excavator upgrade) to simply refill the unused hole. You can use the hand tool (Should have been called the arm tool cause that's what the icon is) to pick up items or fountains and bring them back to the supply box.

Funnlim - you can fill in un used graves by selection the shovel and then clicking on the grave site. You can recycle unused items or place them back in there respective bins if you recycle them you gain the money back that you paid for them I find this handy for those bigger jobs and if I need the etc cash hope this help.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT etch the name on the tombstone unless you're ready to bury the dead. Because once you do that the deal is done. If you still have some decorating to do, leave the name etching on tombstone your last act.

If you so happen to finish work when the night arrives, no worries, the ceremony continues the next day and you can still collect your money.

I would appreciate any tips on how to get rid of unused grave or unused but decorated stuff around the grave.
