Really liked it

To be honest, when I first saw this game and looked at the screenshots, I thought it was going to be a 'find the hidden objects' type of game. But it is so much more than that!

There are several aspects of the game in Laura Jones. Puzzles, hidden object, even a slight bit of action lol. Sometimes you've really got to use your head to progress further. As you play and complete different areas of the game, you unlock mini games which you can play later on. One of them being the classic, tangrams. The storyline is entertaining as well.

If you're looking for a fun game to keep you entertained from start to finish, you've found it right here!

Not quite good, but certainly not evil.

Though this game claims to be an adventure, its plays alot more like a seek and find game. True there are plenty of adventure elements to it in that parts can be liken to a point and click adventure, but it definatly seems nearer to a hidden object game.

That aside, I'd recomend this game to the younger end of the market. I could have nearly completed this game within the first hour of loading it up, so for anyone used to games like the Mystery Case File series, this is very easy and rather short. Saying that, some of the puzzlecan require alot of patience or trial and error to solve, as well as in some cases, moving back and forth between multiple objects/locations within a level.

Graphically, the game is beautiful. One of the best looking games of its type I've seen. The sound is let down a little though by being slightly annoying, and they could have done so much more with ambiant sounds and effects to increase the atmosphere.

Unfortuantely there is also little replay value, as all the puzzles and object ask for and their locations stay exactly the same.

Overall, it is a good game thats worth a play through if your a fan of the type or a newcommer to the genre. Don't let the negative points in this reveiw put you off as despite its few faults, I really enjoyed this game and would recomend people to play it and give it a try.
