Where's the Kung Fu??

Aw man what a misleading title for a game. Here I was all psyched to re-live my Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat days. When I was a youth spending all my allowance in arcades playing Street Fighter II/Alpha, Mortal Kombat and Killer Instinct. This game however made me say, "HEY MAN! WHERE'S THE KUNG FU ACTION YOU PROMISED US?!"

Needless to say it had no Bruce Lee or Chuck Norris cameo in it nor any old man wearing a bamboo hat, whilst sprouting words of wisdom. This game is an action something or rather that doesn't quite compare to others of it's genre. Remember the glory days of Atari 2600? Everyone was like Berserk for Berzerk (that multi-directional shooter game) yeah it's kind of like that. I kinda regret not asking the girl I liked out on a date. I still had fun that day as I remember, because I was kicking back at the arcade with my friends; Ryu, Ken, Sagat, Jax, Scorpion, and Sub-Zero. What would they play over the loud speakers? As I recall It was Bon Jovi's Bad Medicine. Ahhhh the memories.

Ciao!

Weak

Simple graphics and un-cool powers. Not mentioning the crude grammar. They didn't even bother reviewing the game for typos/mistakes after they made it.
If you managed to like this game, I would reccomend two games very alike this one, but way better: Crimsonland and Evil Invasion. Nicer graphics, cooler enemies and attacks, better.

Crimsonland - in China

The game is basically the same as Crimsonland, with the exception, that you can earn skill points and spend them on different skills, like in an rpg, and not on different perks. Sadly, most of these skills (at least the offensive ones) are useless, except one or two, but luckily they can be enough to beat the game... but it won't be easy. The game is irrationally diffucult, even on Easy settings. It can be frustrating, but if you manage to hook up on it, then it can provide a real challenge.
If you liked Crimsonland, but always thought, it could really use another type of character-upgrade system, or if you found it too easy, then I would recommend trying this one too.

Tips & Tricks for 'KungFu Master':

Forget every attack, go for Fire Palm. It's the only one which can be used besides the basic attack (it becomes faster, with higher radius and damage on higher levels, all others become actually slower, which renders them useless on later levels, where the enemies are swarming around you constantly). And after Fire Palm, get the two regeneration powers (mana, then health), and finally the Luck (after 20 or so points, almost every second enemy drops a level up). Spend every skill points on these and your health & mana, forget the rest.
Mana is the more important. If you can outmanouver the black&white swordsmen, you don't have to worry too much about being killed. But the Fire Palm can eat up the mana really quick.
