Angling Pleasure!
Just when I was getting tired of the regular and predictable games, this game enters and provides pure, unadulterated fishing fun!
The tournaments, the circuits, the trophies form a fun-filled package, not to mention the cute fish and the dangers lurking underwater..

I kinda liked it....
The fishes are fun to look at especially their bulging eyes. Hehe...
The only thing I like is that I can change the amount of my tokens received and the prize that I can get in each tournament... Haha. |

Not great for slow computers.
This runs just fine on my hardcore gaming desktop, but on my laptop the controls lag quite a lot, although it's still playable.
It's similar to Finders Keepers, another fishing game that I like. The object is to catch enough fish to get a bronze, silver, gold, or platinum trophy. You must avoid bad fish and pelicans, which slow you down. You can upgrade your boat and lure.
The graphics are mostly cute, although the human characters are pretty ugly.
It's easy to play and pretty fun. A very casual game. |

Best Fishing Fun
Great game! I finished it in one day and I'm on my way to finishing it the second time! The only thing I don't like is that it's very EASY! I even got ALL the platinum cups in the game in just ONE try!!! (and I'm not that good in games, I'm just a mediocre gamer). Still, the sharks and those pelicans are a bit of a nuisance if you ask me.
The graphics is good, not too bad not too good. The fishies look very funny too! :P
The sound is good enough to listen to (for me).
Gameplay: Very fun! Didn't get bored during any time of the game.

Could have been good..
Have you ever wanted to be in a fishing competition? Challenge other fishers to catch the biggest fish? Probably not. But now you got the chance. Go for the biggest fish and win it all. You travel across America to be the best. And the amateur circuit is actually very funny. It's easy but funny. When you done with that, you go onto the pro circuit. And WOW what a change! Everything gets so much harder. And that is probably the biggest problem with this game. It's frustrating to play because of the many many enemies in the sea. Sometimes you just fell like everyone hates you.
But if you choose to look away from your frustration you sit back with a good game. Funny animations, an okay gameplay and sound is fine. Try the demo before buying anything! |
