Cosmic Bugs
Love this game!! Better if you could save your game and start wherever you left off!! Add "Save game and quit" as an option and it'd be perfect! Extra "lives" as a score bonus at selected point levels would also be great. It's a fun game for teens and us "old folks" (46) who loved Jezzball! |

Cosmic Bugs
This is a great game but it should take you back to the level that you died on not back to the begining of the group of 5 that you were on. Very hard to get ahead. |

Cosmic Bugs - The prequel to Water Bugs
As a demo I enjoyed Cosmic Bugs better than "Water Bugs". With a limited trial it is nice travel through more levels. Using outer space as a background is almost always a bonus. The cosmic bugs are very nicely animated "targets" and "obstacles" in your way. Some of the "cosmic bugs" will release bonuses and weapons. Some release handicaps. Based on logic and strategic moves, there is no race against the clock. Once you clear 85% of the board you move on to the next level. The point bonus yo receive is based on how many bugs are left at the end of the level. Maximum bonus is 2000 points (at least up to stage 15). If you leave one bug on the board the bonus is 1500. There are various amounts when more bugs are left.
The game concept is similar to Jezzball. Those of you familiar with older games, will make this connection immediately.
I would have to play the full editions before I could say which is better, "Cosmic Bugs" or "Water Bugs". One of these will wind up in my personal collection of games, if not both.

Cosmic Bugs
Nice Gameplay. But a little chaotic, the further you get.
Plenty of different bugs. It is one of those games, you just can't stop playing. I recommend it to everyone. It is worth the purchase. |
