This game's clucking awesome!

At first, when I started this game, I was thinking, "Okay... seems different..." Then, watching the storyline, (Which, was very uhh... unique...) I saw the ship, and I said to myself... "Okay, a space shooter." Then, I saw the "Space Station", and couldn't help but to chuckle! The "Yolk Star," was stranger than anything I think I've ever seen in my life!
But the game... Now that's where it shines, when starting it off, I was thinking... "Hmm... It reminds me a lot of Alien Stars, Star Defender 2 and Star Defender 3, mixed with a little vintage Space Invaders and Centipede..." But is it just like these games?? NO! The enemies made me crack up laughing when I saw them. I mean, come on! CHICKENS??!! As if I wasn't about to fall out of my chair from laughter already, they started shooting EGGS at me! After beating "The Big Clucker" first boss, and the story continued, I thought, "That was different." The Narrator then said, "You know what you have to do," I thought, "Of course... save the world!" But the guy instead says, "Get something to eat?" I burst out laughing! The guy reminds me of myself!!! The weapon upgrade system is one of the best I've seen, almost like the one in Alien Stars, and the gameplay... don't even get me started!!
If I had to pick my favorite games on this site, this would definately be WAY up there! Right next to the spots of Mystery Case Files and Jets N Guns! This is one of the best games I've played in a while!!! It's clucking hilarious!!! I would recommend this game to anyone who's looking for something to play for laughs and a good time!

Chicken Invaders: Revence of the Yolk

This is an awesome sequal. Better graphics, sound and overall gameplay. The upgrades are so much better and alot more options. The easy level actually makes you work for it this time instead having to wait to get to the level difficulty level. And with all the special unlocks, this is a much better overall experience versus the previous version. Talk about fast and fun. This is by far the best Chicken game out there to date. You gotta get this game as it will keep you playing for hours on end.

Only Wish I Could Get That Food After Killing Them Chickens

What do I say more ... 27 reviews already before me ... but I can't help myself from putting a personal review, lol.

I've played a lot of space shooters, but really, this one had me 'cracking'(no pun intended) the moment I started the game with the most awesome dialogues.

The power-ups are amazing and this is the only space shooter that I keep playing. The unlockables n medals are cool n the gameplay is just great.

I wud actually run out of adjectives if I had to describe the awesomeness of the game. I guess a small mention of its levels n power-ups shud do great.

U start off by a prologue ... where u kill off a huge chicken with "Lightning Friers"(yeah, that's what the powerup is called). Then u start with the waves with an Ion Blaster (the Red thing). Then u have an Orange One, a Green One, A Dark Blue (Vulcan ChainGun), Light Blue (The Lightning Frier), Pink one and finally a Grey-Black one (which u may get only at the very end, the first time u play).

I have played the game 3 times ... N the game hasn't left my PC. I don't think it ever will too. The best game in its category. I'm waiting for the sequel.
