What A Smooth(ie?) Game!

Cathy's Caribbean Club starts out pretty easy-but is a more challenging game when you get into the later levels, and when you can not upgrade anything else for speed improvement it gets even tougher. It has its points where it does seem that it goes too smoothly for the player, but it does have some rough spots too where you have to be on your toes (I've been stuck on one of the Hollywood hotel levels for 2 days now).

It's quite similar to Betty's Beer Bar where you have to keep the customers from getting to impatient and serve them their requested drinks (which to me is a great deal more fun then just giving beers over and over again). It gives you the chance to upgrade decorations to improve the patience level of the patrons, hire help, and employ the use of a specially trained parrot to fetch empty glasses-leaving Cathy free to serve the drinks to the waiting patrons.

Strong points of this game are the graphics-they are quite colorful and detailed, smooth game play, and it does take some level of thought and planning to find the pattern to make and keep your customers happy in the later levels.

Weak points for me in game play are the sounds the customers make, and that there are not enough "upgrades" to buy-simply because I have a ton of stars that I can't use. If that's all I can find about a game that I don't like too well-then the game is overall excellent.

If you are looking for a more demanding game-this probably isn't the one you are looking for. It isn't like the Diner Dash games with the exception of the upgrades. It is however an enjoyable, relaxing game so if that's your cup of tea (glass of smoothie) then this game is definetly worth checking out.

You'll have to excuse me now-I have a frilly umbrella drink and a cabana on the beach waiting for me-it's 5 oclock somewhere!

Decent Game

I really like this game, its relaxing. The customers aren't as picky as they are in some simuliar games. Also I like the fact that you earn stars to buy your own upgrades, gives you more control on what you get first and adds a bit of a challenge to getting all those upgrades. I will hopefully be able to get this game soon. :)

Mystery Studio makes another great hit in their female running food service legacy!

First a Bar, then a Saloon, and now a Club? Whats next!?!?!? This is by far the best one yet! The gameplay is very intertaining, making sure you barley experience the same thing agian. There are like a million charcters that come to your club, which helps add varity. Upgrades have been introduced to the series, which is what really makes the game worth playing. They acually ARE usefull, making you feel good when you finally purchase an upgrade you've been saving up (most games like this end up failing at making upgrades worth your consern) Overall, this is the best resturant game I've ever played and you should try it!!!! 10 out of 10 :-)
