Back to the Basics

This game is nothing more than the very first Cake Mania game with a different story line. I was really disappointed in it. I know the title is Back to the Bakery, but I really had expected *something* different than the original game other than a story line.

Cake Mania *is* a good game, I'm just disappointed that this "new" game isn't anything new.

Boring repeat of old games

There are no new characters, no new equiptment, it's the same game served up with a different storyline. I have 35 minutes left on my demo and I'm already bored with it. I won't bother using the rest of the time or buying it, I don't believe in buying the same game several times if they're not even going to change up the fundamental parts of the game, like characters (seriously, the SAME grandma, college student, delivery man, kid, etc) or cake decorating tools (same frosting colors, cake shapes, cake toppers). All I have to ask is, WHAT is different about it?

Cake Mania 1.5

This game was released before Cake Mania 2 was and is a continuation of the first. Since the 4th is already released and since it has much more variety. I suggest you play that since it's much better.
