It could have been good but....

it just didn't do it for me. I enjoyed the other brain training games that you play on the DS, so was quite excited when I saw this one, but it just hasn't got that certain something. The aim of it is to do a series of rated puzzles testing your memory, maths, literature, spacial awareness etc. Each rated game comprises of eight different puzzles. You start at pre school and if you do well in the rated games, you will eventually work your way up to University.

The main problem is that you can only do 3 rated games per day, so you can't sit down and really get into it, because you know you have no chance of completing it in one or two plays.

Secondly, I'm not too sure what age it is aimed at. The beginning test are a bit simple and boring for adults, but a bit too complex for most kids under 11ish.

The graphics are good, the music grating after a while, and it is very simple to use and follow ( and the professor is quite sweet in an eccentric Einstein/favourite grandfather type of way), but all in all a bit of a thumbs down :o(

I certainly won't be buying it, and am about to uninstall the trial right now. Who needs a degree anyway ;o)

Average game

This will be interesting at first but get bored after few minutes. The graphic and sound is not qualified. Gameplay is the combine of some puzzle game, some of them are so easy and boring, some of them are hard but will be easier after few times played. This game can be played with in two hours.

Teaser Brain

The quizzes are stimulant, and they are quickly and varied.. The challenge is wonderful, it is easy at the same time needed a quick thinking.
Examine your concentration with the different stages.. It is similar of The Amazing Brain Train, & Professor Fizzwizzle,Bumps (the new game) .. The brain games are amazing, & prompting our focusing. This type of games keep accordingly on their distinctions.
Really the brain is a big gift, and the concentration wanted.. Really I liked this game.. and I wish a more addition of this kind of game.. Relax,Stress. vertiginous game.. I advice everyone to try it. And test your assimilation.

Brain Booster

Really Disappointing.

The graphics and sound appear to be aimed at a far younger age than the actual puzzles. For adults the dialogue is irratating and likely to be skipped while the music soon grates.

The puzzles difficulty levels doesn't appear balanced some are yawnably easy, while others specifily the Colorex are difficult from the word go. The rating system is based a lot on the time each puzzle takes you so one weak section will stop you progressing.

The game doesn't give you any solutions so there's no way to learn. If like me you've never done a colorex puzzle before this isn't going to teach you any strategies. You'll simply keep failing. The music and primary colours stop me wanting to spend any time on practice rounds.

Nothing to do with intelligence.

Boring

I didn't like this game, the "logic tests" are very easy and boring. Maybe in the next levels is different but I don't want to find out. It's like go back to school and that is not fun at all. The graphics and music are mediocre.
