Battleship

Hey...you sank my battleship! Deploy your nautical fleet and blow your competition out of the water. It's the classic game of navel strategy with five different gameplay modes! Station your fleet, avoiding detection by the opponent navy, and fire strategically to locate enemy ships. Once you've found one, fire to sink it! You'll be pulled into the action as cannons fire with lifelike sound, and your radio indicates news of strike! It's the Battleship you know and love, brought to life, right on your desktop!

Battleship

Finally! The PERFECT Battleship game that I've waited years for! Great sound and graphics. Jump right in and start playing in Battleship mode. In the "2nd game", Fleet Command, you get a more complex game, but the tutorial leads you thru it quite easily and you're in business quickly. I like having "2 games in 1". For a quick laid-back game, I play Battleship. If I want to put the thinking cap on and use torpedo nets, move my ships after they've been hit, and more, then I play Fleet Command. For anyone who has ever loved Battleship since they were a kid, this is the perfect game. My highest rating!

Battleship: Fleet Command

This game is not like the dusty battleship board game hidden under your bed, this is a new generation of a classic. Imagine a battleship with radar detection's, torpedo's, battery shots, air strikes, and more. Imagine a battleship where you get 3 different actions every turn. Imagine a battleship with different missions in different oceans of the world with different themes. Your imagination has commenced into a real game, battleship: Fleet Command. An ultimate classic has advanced into a futuristic version that is even better.

It can't get any cooler for Battleship!

Oh, man! Battleship...wait a second...Battleship with torpedo's, radar scans, bomber planes, and other options!? HOLY COW!
Exactly what I thought. This game really does have some great minds behind its design. A very well thought out follow through of a new age modification of Battleship. Oh, don't forget though...at any time you could play the traditional Battleship...but, I'm sure after one game you won't want to!!!
The sound's are nice and not too extreme. The graphics are sufficient, and not overdone with lame special effects. Yes, you ships will burn if they get hit. Yes, you will see the torpedo dart through the water. Yes, you will be entertained!
I must say, the game would be utterly perfect if not for one thing: You can't play your friend!
Sadly folks...there is not LAN support for a game a sweet as this. I'm sure the designers were thinking if someone plays on the same screen, they'll see where their opponents ships are...and where is the fun in closing your eyes every couple of seconds, or turning your back to the screen? But why no LAN support I ask?! I'd honestly buy this game for all of my family members if it had LAN support, and we could play each other. An intense strategy game could be had with a human player using the Fleet Command settings! Please designers, make a part two with LAN support!
