Well, the game it self isn't that bad at all. If you are in to this kind of game you'll probably like it.
The best part is the text BETWEEN the rounds. The first 10-20 aren't that strange, but then... Well, things get a bit odd.
And what happens when you win?!

Best Inlay Game so far!
This is DEFINITELY the best inlay game yet! It's been a long time since the last inlay-genre game, "Temple of Tangram", and it's DEFINITELY worth the wait! Random--and CREATIVE--powerups, an ingenious "Stone Dog" (Instead of destroying unwanted shapes udderly, they get "crunched" into single-space shapes!), a hexagonal grid system, and cool "ripple" transitions between levels, and even when you turn on and off the Menu to pause the game!
A single level of the game can last as long as you want, since the game every so often "showers" the playfield with new spaces, and formerly useless shapes can suddenly fit in the "new" area, locked areas provide a bonus if you clear them all at once, and the powerups are different than normal:
Rain washes away some of the empty spaces, a magnet can clear a vertical swath with "lightning", ice clears a circular area around itself, and an axe destroys shapes you don't want AND can't fit in the Stone Dog--and leaves cracks in the "glass" behind the shapes! THAT is an unexpected extra touch!
After you beat a level, the creature that was "imprisoned" behind the hexes flashes the hexes of the playfield one last time, like scales or a forcefield or something...VERY nice graphical flair...And, of course, the rippling effect between levels, or when you bring up the Menu...I LOVE IT!
The only way it could be better is if it let you "buy" upgrades to the powerups, a la Tile Quest or the more recent ClaySide! |

A must have
A new generation of Inlay games is here, ladies and gentlemen... Not very original at the first sight, but when you understand the gameplay... WOW.
Try the demo and you'll buy it (that happened to me) |

GREAT GAME
I USUALLY DON'T PLAY THIS KIND OF GAMES, BUT I HAVE FINISHED THIS AND I REALLY ENJOYED IT.
THE GAMEPLAY IS VERY DIFFERENT TO OTHER INLAY GAMES, YOU HAVE TO THINK AND SEE WHERE DO YOU PUT THE PIECES.
THE GRAPHICS ARE VERY ARTISTIC.
CONGRATULATIONS!
HAVE A NICE DAY ;) |

Well polished inlay game!
If you like inlay games, this is a great one to add to your collection. The game is relaxing to play and the visuals are well done. |
